Electronic LHD – eF4

CARSAMMA has begun modernizing the LHD data collection process by digitizing Form F4.

The purpose of LHD reporting is to report to the RMA vertical deviation of altitude greater than or equal to 300 feet in RVSM airspace.

The modernization of this form will simplify processes, improve the capture of errors made in RVSM airspace, integrate data, create indicators and dashboards, increase productivity and the quality of information and, above all, improve strategies to combat air collisions, contributing directly to increasing the Operational Safety of RVSM Airspace.

Tests are underway on a provisional platform with Brazil's five FIRs.

The ICAO form contains 22 fields. The eF4 has restructured and optimized the traditional form, containing only 13 fields.
